What was not tested
Here's that I did to get LiveSplit 1.6.9 working: Create a new 64 bit Wineprefix: WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine-livesplit wine 'wineboot' Download Livesplit.zip from the download link and copy the unzipped file into the Program File directory inside your Wineprefix C Drive I sandbox all my wineapps but it's not necessary: winetricks sandbox Use winetricks to install dotnet45 allfonts liberation tahoma - I personally had trouble installing fonts, I ended up using the winetricks --gui and manually selecting all the fonts that didn't work when I ran the command from the cli Make a startup script or just set your wineprefix and then cd into the directory and wine LiveSplit.exe LiveSplit throws a seg fault if you try and uses the Races option from the menu, when you attempt to chat. If you install ie8 from winetricks, instead it will open an internet explorer window, but srl complains the browser is not supported. You'd be better off just using your favorite IRC client.
