What does not
After exiting the game, the Steam client still thinks you are running the game, resulting in not being able to start another one etc. Solution is to force quit steam.exe.
Game pad controls could be off since WINE doesn't handle dinput/xinput well. Fix in the comments.Â
Also, low FPS as a general problem (even in Windows but less in WINE).
What was not tested
PvP (it should work though as the rest of the game does)
IGNORE MY LAST ENTRY! How to run: * IMPORTANT: Make a clean 32 bit (haven't tried 64) prefix. * Start winetricks, select your new prefix and install flash, VCrun2010, msxml3. * Optional (?) but recommended FONT installation: baekmuk, corefonts, takao. * IMPORTANT: run winecfg and override mscvr100 and d3dx11_42 to native BEFORE the next step. An asterisk should be shown at least on d3dx11_42 ! * Download and install steam. * Log in, download the game, let it patch, start the game, have fun. * AFTER playing the game (or crashing it) you have to manually kill the steam.exe. The game runs really well so far. No game breaking bugs, visual glitches or anything. The FPS are a little lower than on Windows but that's a general problem. Game pad keys are messed up because Wine still doesn't recognizes xinput controllers. Fortunately the game controls are editable through XML files. Go to /../TreeOfSavior/release/ and edit the hotkey_joystick.xml for your gamepad (might have to check with a Windows program what the keys are mapped to in Wine). You can also change your other control styles (keyboard or mouse+keyboard) there.
