Everything except UPlay Overlay. Played the game with all DLC's for multiple hours.

With the UPlay Overlay turned on the game does not start correctly.
The environment Variable PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8 must be set for the game to work.

Turn of UPlay Overlay in UPlay settings.
