Game does not need dotnet45 and vcrun2013. Game already provides msvcr110 and msvcp110 dlls, and vcrun2013 provides greater versions of dlls than needed.
Game crashes because of lots unimplemented functions in d3d11.
Anno 2205 is DX11 game.
