for sound, install xatc with winetricks. If you want to play with a gamepad, you need to use x360ce program https://code.google.com/p/x360ce/. Once you configured your gamepad with it, put two files, xinput1_3.dll and x360ce.ini to aim game folder. This game does not need to install directx with Wine 1.8 and this can cause you sound trouble. Only install xatc to activate sound. Activate the CSMT wine feature to play this game at a normal speed. Once you did that all, you can play this game at full speed like you could play it on Windows (or perhaps better ;)).
