What works
The installer takes forever. Progress bar jumps to 100% and it says "Publishing product information", but actually it's still installing very slowly (takes about 10 minutes).
The game starts up and plays fine for a minute or two, but then suddenly stops; the graphics and input still works, but characters freeze.
