Origin 2016 can be installed and runs. The license server can be connected.
What does not
Online Updates do not work: Menu -> Help -> Check for updates shows that updates (currently 15) are available. These can be downloaded, once this is this done and check for updates, the same updates are available for download. Obviously, the updates are not applied.
