What works
running the install, will get toloading the "Office: we're getting ready!" orange box for install after setting wineconfig to window version to 7 and above (Onenote 2016 does not support anything lower)
What does not
Installing, run from the terminal get a bunch of errors about unimplemented function in vcruntume410.dll
