Windows Movie Maker

What works

Installs.  Loads with native ole32.dll from WinXP.  Can import pictures.

What does not

At start-up it warns that the collection is missing or corrupted.

Movie Tasks (side panel) > Capture Video > Capture from video device:
Unhandled exception: unimplemented function SHELL32.dll.747 called in 32-bit code (0x7bc55f90).

Error dialog stating video "could not be imported" when attempting to import old avi (Indeo codec):

err:quartz:GetClassMediaFile Media class not found

Installing a bunch of gstreamer i386 libs didn't resolve it it.

Importing the Windows Movie Maker 2 Sample File results in:
wine: Unhandled privileged instruction at address 0x1403286 (thread 002c), starting debugger...

Other video import attempts either cause the program to abort with "Unhandled exception: privileged instruction in 32-bit code" or immediate exit without any message.
