What works

For versions 2.1 and 2.2 the installer and irb works. Linking with mingw against ruby works also (with some dependecies provided via mxe).

For versions 2.2 but not for versions 2.1 ruby as a static lib works (to require and use erb with the c ruby api).

What does not

With ruby 2.1 the application segfault when quitting, or when requiring erb.
