The Sims 4.
Functionally, everything works great - create a sim, gameplay, build mode, clubs, map, you name it.
What does not
The only issue I've found is that some object textures (furniture colors, wallpaper, etc.) aren't loaded by the game. For example, if you're selecting the color of an item in build mode, the normal palette will appear correctly, but if you select one of the broken colors, then the object you place (or replace) will be the default color that object (usually some sort of gray) instead of the color you chose. There aren't very many of these (maybe 5-10% of the colors), but it's noticeable if you enjoy the finer details of build mode.
