Scrivener 1.9.7.0--workaround for copy/paste problem

I managed to work around the copy/paste issue in Scrivener 1.9.7.0.

1) Open notepad
2) Open Scrivener
3) Open project
4) Copy from one part of the project to the other project using the keyboard shortcuts (ctrl-C, ctrl-V)

This worked for me.
