You will need to delete / rename: Hex_Data/StreamingAssets/HexIntro.m4v Or the application will crash on startup. Disabling Direct x11 will fix any rendering issues if you have them.

The new intro video file format is throwing fits unless you have a bunch of specific gstreamer plugins installed. Deleting the file:
Hex_Data/StreamingAssets/HexIntro.m4v
Allows the game to launch as expected. You will need to press "escape" to load the game when you see the blank screen where the intro video would be at startup.
