What works
Everything seems to be working fine after some extra configuration. My girlfriend is playing it right now on her Mac Book with no problems at all.
What does not
On some versions of Wine the screen flickers badly. On all versions the game stutters when the cursor is moved, but that seems to be fixable with some extra configuration.
I was able to get rid of the stuttering after enabling "Use Mac driver instead of X11" under Wineskin's screen options.
