Everything that's normally supported: gameplay, graphics, sound, etc. Installation via Steam and the Steam overlay also work.
What does not
Full-screen 2560x1440 hangs the game. I don't think that works in XNA games on Windows, either, though, so it's probably not Wine's fault.
What was not tested
Use a 32-bit Wine prefix only! The XNA libraries require a 32-bit prefix. Install xna40 with winetricks. Some people have reported needing to install d3dx9 with winetricks, as well, but I didn't need to do that with Wine 1.9.11.
