Everything so far:
What does not
You will need to install "Microsoft .Net Framework" and "XNA".
I used two seperate new prefixes, one for the installation and one for playing the Game.
This was necessary because the Installation of Stardew Valley includes Installations of ".Net Framework" (fails) and "XNA" (seems to work).
Because of the failing ".Net Framework"-Installation you need to install it seperately, but the previous Installations block the winetricks installations, so you need a new prefix.
In the second prefix (for playing) I installed "Microsoft .Net Framework" and "XNA" with winetricks:
winetricks dotnet462 xna40
and then I ran the Game.
What was not tested
Windows OS Version: Windows 7
I used a 64bit-Prefix and it works.
I also had no audio issues thanks to the "xaudio2_7-WMA_support"-Patch in Wine-Staging.
I should mention though, that your wine-staging build must have ffmpeg-support (see this comment: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_b...).
