If you have issues with Vegas freezing after adding media to the Project Media tab, switch the view mode to the list or small icons view instead of large icons. This helps since it doesn't have to load preview images of the files which probably the cause of the freezing.

Copying the registry keys from the REG pastebin I provided does not work.

The best way to get Audio Plugins to work is to install Vegas Pro 12 using Vegas Pro 12's installer. Vegas Pro 12 does not work on Wine but it does fix the issues with stock Audio effects.

and when i start any wine version i got a rundll32 error (when i restart my pc)

The runtime error does show up and it only shows up once. If you get Vegas Pro 13 to launch the first time, you shouldn't see the runtime error the next time you launch Vegas Pro 13.

If Vegas Pro 13 crashes upon startup, it probably means you forgot to set the msxml3 library to Native then Builtin in winecfg. Have you tried that? Make sure that the Windows version is set to Windows 7 or later as well if it was set to Windows XP.

This occurs despite having "dotnet40" installed using winetricks? If that is so, you may probably have Wine Mono installed which can cause problems for the .NET framework applications. Especially for something as complex as Vegas Pro 13. Try running "wine uninstaller" under the prefix Vegas Pro 13 is installed under, select Wine Mono then click on Remove.

You can try uninstalling the .NET framework and then try downloading the .NET 4.0 framework straight from Microsoft's website and then install it using their installer.

That said that there is an newer version of net framwork (but there is nothing i've deleted the wine prefix so idk)

That probably means that Wine Mono is installed under the new prefix.
