What works
Preview (up to 40 FPS), MP4 files play, dragging/dropping audio and video, audio works, legacy text and media generator functions work
What does not
Rendering to video, preinstalled effects (disappeared), new text generator. Installer with wine-mono, dotnet40, dotnet45 and dotnet46 does not recognize that .NET is installed
Workarounds
Since installing did not work, I transferred the files from a working Windows installation of Vegas Pro 13.
Upon launching vegas130.exe, it will immediately crash, but the fix is to delete/rename fileiosurrogate.exe
What was not tested
Rendering video as it throws an error message. Other file types such as AVI or MKV.
