What works
All the single player content
In summary what I did is start a new game finish the intro quest and get into fights with looters for an hour or two, before cheating to try out sieges and starting a new country as well as maxing out charter stats. Everything worked as expected, there where no crashes and no audio or graphical glitches, performance stayed consistent even when maxing out the battle sizes and the graphical settings.
What does not
Some textures have parts of them set to transparent mostly results in helmets being partially see through.
The game starts in windowed mode and there is no option to turn on fullscreen.
Workarounds
Some textures have parts of them set to transparent mostly results in
helmets being partially see through using winetricks to install dxvk
solved the problem.
The game starts in windowed mode and there is no option to turn on
fullscreen, opening rgl_config.txt located in
/user/documents/Mount&Blade Warband/ and changing start_windowed = 1
to start_windowed = 0 starts the game in fullscreen.
What was not tested
Multiplayer only started a new game never connected to anything
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
Mods work just download and install them by copying them to the modules folder then select them in the launcher.
Most of the mods require the Warband Script Extender fortunately many of them come packaged withe the WSE and need no more work to get to work if the mods don't contain the WSE go to the following forum thread https://forums.taleworlds.com/... download the WSE and the v1.174.exe, extract and copy the files in to the warband install directory and use the WSELoader.exe to start the game instead of the mb_warband.exe

Still didn't try modding it, though.

Terrain seem to have only vertex color, units are completely white.
Please fix this... it is an awsome game and it have been working earlier...
PS.: I had to use winetricks in wine 1.8 to install dx9 native libraries. After the update to wine 2.0 it seems these are still installed. Is there any chance I have to redo something? It seems right...
