The game installs.Â Without any patches or additional software, the game shows black screen on launch. After installing directmusic with winetricks, the game runs just fine, without noticeable lag.
What does not
Due to lack of support for a needed DirectX feature - see bug report:Â https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39057Â - the models are static, so the jumper doesn't move at all. As a result, this game (which is very much based on being able to determine the shape of jumper's body while he's flying) is unplayable.
What was not tested
I'm not sure whether both patches are needed, maybe only the first one (Patch to implement indexed vertex blending) is enough. See below.
To make the game work, you need to install directmusic with winetricks. To make the model animations work (which is essential to play), you need to compile Wine with two patches: Patch to implement indexed vertex blending; Constants number increase for testing purposes. You can find them in the bug report above.
