Install the program, but don't finish... Exit before actually launching the application. Find the mfc42.dll located in your windowsXP windows\System32 directory. Copy that file to the ./wine/drive_c/windows/system directory. Configure Wine to use that native dll. Now switch to the Drives Tab, click on the drive letter for the cdrom, then "show advanced". Change the type to CD-ROM. You're done! Just remember to mount the DVD before running DVDFabdecrypter. Auto-mounting doesn't seem to interface with wine, so use Konquerer to enuse the DVD is mounted. (Or use whatever tools you like) Click the Start button! Don't Change the Destination Directory! It (for some reason) dumped the disk into my home drive, regardless of the "My Documents" dren...
What does not
Changing the target directory from the default.
What was not tested
Changing the source drive... Possibly the same problem exists as for the destination, but I've only got one cd-rom, so I can't test this.
