What does not
Out of the box tabs are enabled. This has a bug where the title bar is not drawn correctly and is chopped off.
Workarounds
Disabling Tabs Fixes the issue.You however don't need to disable tabs
open winecfg > graphics > uncheck "allow window manager to decorate"
