What does not

Installer VLK/RTM don't install, the same error rised trying install Office 2010 x64.

For Installer VLK/RTM the same for Office 2010 x64 Setup.

What was not tested

Preactivated C2R installer.

Hardware tested

  • GPU: Unknown
  • Driver: unknown

Additional Comments

When Office 2016 x64 C2R is ready, any installed program was unable to work cause they cannot to be licensed. This install cannot converted to VLK install because WSH and WBEM native isn't avaliable to run properly slmgr.vbs.

Is possible to force WHS 5.7 for Windows XP x64 / Windows 2003 x64 installing the following updates:
And overriding dlls as winetricks 32bit wsh57 method does.
Doing this slmgr.vbs was able to run better but it didn't can install any license.

HowTo / Notes

Guidelines for Submitting Test Reports

  1. Test in a clean wineprefix, using plain Wine.
  2. Specify exactly which edition of Office you tested (Standard, Pro, etc.). This is crucial--bugs that affect one edition may not affect others.
  3. Specify exactly what type of install you tested (Typical, Custom, Minimal, etc.)
  4. Limit your report to the installer only. Reports on the performance of individual apps should be filed under their respective AppDB entries. Problems with running any of the apps should only be mentioned if it is clear that it is due to a problem with the installer.
  5. If you used any overrides during the install, please list them and explain exactly what problem each override was needed to solve.
  6. Test reports that do not follow these guidelines will be rejected.

You need riched20, you could get it from Windows XP x64 setup files. You need msls31.dll, riched20.dll and riched32.dll (both x86 and x64 files) and may could you get the box. But in my last test, at least for Office 2016 after activation no aplication works.
