As earlier said the app is totally non functional, the required files which are gdiplus wont install in 32 bit mode which is required for it to work at all whilst, on 64 bit gdi plus does install but the app even with it does not launch and gives out a error message

Workarounds

What was not tested

Downgrading of camextract didn't resolve the issue using 8.1 staging also didnt fix the issue.

Additional Comments

the issue seems to be down to the new update for cabextract ver 1.10, but even after downgrading it to cabextract to 1.9 i was unable to fix it (this is for the installation of gdiplus . Whether there are any other issues preventing it from working, i dont know. And to note is gdi plus does install in 64 bit after the downgrade but unfortunately using it in 64 bit mode didnt fix the issues plus even if it worked, on 64 bit version as per my knowledge gdiplus does not work.
