Freedom Fighters

What works

I just began the game and only played the first 4 missions, but AFAICT everything works fine (but see below).

I'm playing with textures, details, effects and filters maxed out.

What does not

* ALSA/OSS/JACK/NAS sound.
* Some textures look crappy, in a very similar way to what was already reported for Hitman: Contracts. Nonetheless, in Freedom Fighters it's not as unbearable an issue as it was in H:C.

* Multiplayer.
* Playing in other resolutions than 1024x768.

Additional Comments

* No-CD crack was peremptory. The game doesn't run at all otherwise. * The sound only works by setting it to ESOUND. With OSS, JACK and NAS, there's no sound at all. With ALSA, the game starts with sound, but sooner or later malfunctions and turns silent.
