Despite installiing all those packages via winetricks as listed in the other test result, the launcher is not able to connect to the Authentication Service (see Bug 30020). Therefore, the game cannot be downloaded. If the game is installed through steam, playing still is not possible because of the same error. This problem also appears in a clean wineprefix without using winetricks. In all cases a 32bit wineprefix has been used.
