The game "runs" but all in-game graphics are either not rendered or corrupted. Menus, some HUD elements, and sound are okay. The issue seems to be due to the game requiring an OpenGL 4.5 compatibility profile, which is not available on open source AMD drivers. This issue very likely only affects AMD users.
