What works
Everything I tested: loading experiments and data, graphing, procedures, packages, etc.
What does not
Some issues with the mouse/pointer:
Reordering traces in a graph (Graph -> Reorder traces) is not working properly: when dragging and leaving a trace, it stays with the pointer anyway, so only one operation is possible at a time.
Also, in my previous installation, mouse clicks would not always work (the accuracy of the pointer was low)
However, I no longer have this issue, just wanted to point it out. It might even be related to previous Igor versions
Workarounds
To Reoder Traces: move the pointer out of the dragging area, to the window titlebar or the scrollbar, possibly click. Otherwise, reorder them one by one (move one trace, then "Do it" and restart for the others), or copy to Cmd line and customize the command for each trace.
What was not tested
Printing..?
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
Copying graphics seems to do nothing when Enhanced Metafile is selected (Edit -> Export graphics). I haven't checked whether this is Igor-specific though, or a general issue with that datatype in Linux.
