What works
Everything, including Steam integration.
What does not
The performance was significantly lower than Windows and lower than the native Linux version of KSP.
Workarounds
What was not tested

Additional Comments
As far as I can tell, performance being bad is really the only problem.
You should probably just use the native Linux or Mac versions of the game.

I found a workaround for the cockpit in a thread here, as it was having the same error : forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=79859
Basically you need to download the 32 bit versions of libx11-6 and libxi6, open them with archive manager and move the libXi.so.6.1.0, and libX11.so.6.3.0 files to /usr/lib32.
I am working on the crashes with the hangars/;aunchpad.
