What works
Pretty much everything in-game, ship building, flight, MechJeb, all physics seem to be OK. On my PC (Ivy Bridge I5, Nvidia GT 630M, 4GB RAM, 1GB GPU RAM) it actually runs better than on windows 7 ultimate.
What does not
Patcher, some random crashes experienced, however nothing that wouldn't happen under windows.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
It is forbidden to run KSP under wine, I've done it solely because I have the non-steam version of it and wasn't sure whether I can get the linux version non-steam. If you can access the game via steam, DON'T EVEN TRY RUNNING IT UNDER Wine!

I found a workaround for the cockpit in a thread here, as it was having the same error : forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=79859
Basically you need to download the 32 bit versions of libx11-6 and libxi6, open them with archive manager and move the libXi.so.6.1.0, and libX11.so.6.3.0 files to /usr/lib32.
I am working on the crashes with the hangars/;aunchpad.
