What works

Application installs and runs.  Can change application settings and task settings.  That's about it.

What does not

GUI doesn't display correctly, some icons disappear or are misaligned.

Cannot change hotkey settings.  Application settings also stopped working shortly.

Cannot upload from URL.  Cannot upload from clipboard (sometimes it says there's nothing on the clipboard, or it displays the correct size but a transparent image).

Cannot check for updates.

Region selection accepts mouse input, but is very slow, and doesn't upload the image after selecting.

I wish there was a rating in between garbage and bronze. This application runs but that's really all it does; I don't want to say it works.
