I've installed d3dcompiler_43 and xact_jun2010, which was advised on the S;G0 Page, on the 64-bit wineprefix. The game runs with it fine, but font and sprite quality are upsetting. Installing vcrun2010, quartz and devenum as recommended here didn't solve the problem.
It also needs to have either CSMT or Gallium Nine patch enabled, otherwise, nothing will be visible, except the satellite from the main menu.
