Tested 64-bit installer with Wine 1.9.19 and 1.8.4, built from source with GCC 4.4.7 on x86_64 CentOS 6.6. Wine builds and installs successfully. Executing the GAMS installer fails silently. Debugging with WINEDEBUG=+all shows ToDoErrors.
