The game installs with no major issues, aside from the usual error message that occurs after the Gog installer is complete (safe to ignore). The game starts and can be played without any game-breaking bugs.
What does not
The game is functional, but there seems to be a graphical glitch in which the area between the surface and the core (which is usually covered in a brown color texture) is not being drawn. As far as I can tell, this doesn't affect gameplay directly, it just shows the giants and oceans clipping through the surface.
What was not tested
The game needs to be installed in a 32-bit prefix, and you need to use winetricks to add "xna40" (which does not install in a 64-bit prefix). If XNA 4.0 is not added, then the game will crash on startup. It is recommended to emulate a virtual desktop when running the game; strange dialog boxes can appear, otherwise, and the game will not respond to the mouse. Do not add "directx9" or "quartz" using winetricks; doing this will cause the game to crash on startup.
