Most of the game. Have not encountered any obvious crash or fail yet.
What does not
Turned off SSAO (ambient occlution) distortion.
Some ground surfaces (just a few) are wrong making ways down into holes hard to find.
What was not tested
Nothing so far, but only played first chapter.
did the mentioned workaround with registry settings: Registry settings (enabling CSMT and OpenGL 4.5 for DirectX 11 detection).

Currently with wined3d, The Witcher 3 is still affected by CPU-GPU buffer maps synchronization issue (bug #44315). It severely degrades performance.
Using dxvk instead of wined3d is the best course of action, since it performs very well, and also provides perfect rendering, as long as your Vulkan driver supports VK_EXT_transform_feedback extension.
