Everything. Played through all quests (main, side, contracts, treasure hunts) for main game + both DLCs. Completionist!
What does not
Graphical glitches remain. Unrendered textures on cave/well/staircase entrances. Rendered as opaque black, but can walk right through to continue.
What was not tested
Woo Hoo!!! Best game, yet. Replaying. Had some slowdowns with multiple combatants, and Novigrad with all the backround characters.. Assume it had more to do with my CPU: FX-4300. Changing graphics quality didn't help. GTX 960 4GB handled graphics up to Ultra -HairWorks -ApexClothing, but CPU still bogged with too much on-screen activity.

Currently with wined3d, The Witcher 3 is still affected by CPU-GPU buffer maps synchronization issue (bug #44315). It severely degrades performance.
Using dxvk instead of wined3d is the best course of action, since it performs very well, and also provides perfect rendering, as long as your Vulkan driver supports VK_EXT_transform_feedback extension.
