trying on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

If I try "File>New" or "File> Export as", the pop up appears but its blank.

I can do "File>Open" and "File>Save" without any problems.

Is there any additional components I should be adding to Wine to be able to see the missing pop ups?

I have the DirectX packages etc for gaming but not sure what I'm missing
