What works
The whole game works perfectly fine now these days as long as the -no3d -doublebuffer are on and if the CD doesn't work use the No-CD patch.
What does not
Note though that the setup may not work for some odd reason.. But if thats the case someone already explained a way to get pass that.

1. Start the installation program from the first CD ("wine SETUP.EXE"). It will create the installation directory, copy some files and crash miserably just at the moment when it should ask you to insert the second cd.
2. Insert second CD and manually copy the contents of Sierra/Arcanum directory to the Arcanum's installation folder.
3. Enjoy ;) (just don't forget to install the patches...)

In the old version i have deleted the bugs in it i tried but some still remained so i delted the version
