What works
Had to install wine 0.9.29 to install Dreamweaver.
Everything seems to work ok. Images still can't be dragged and dropped properly

Installation.
This seems to be a regress. It used to give me an error (Dreamweaver Install stopped before completing ... bla bla bla....) and that went away. With wine 0.9.31 it came back.

To make Dreamweaver 8 run to the known point of operation, delete all of the startup files from C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Startup\
