Workarounds

The game launcher after running freezes but is visible in the processes list and on steam. the problem is solved partially.

to do this, download and unpack in any convenient place alternative launcher called "Content Manger". We (I and my friends simracers) often use it, as it's faster than original and has a lot of advantages
Using this alternative launcher for Assetto Corsa, except for the launch issues, I was able to solve the problem (last time when I ran the original launcher I was not able to do so) and save the settings, graphics, controllers, etc. For correct work need NET.Framework 4.5.

Problems with textures, shadows and reflection. In the previous test (in February) was the same. but now the situation has improved slightly but not with textures. Have problem with drop FPS. This happens more due to the apps screen. such as "essential," "pistop window" and other. it's highly recommended to shut it off.
