What works

The most of the campaigns ,and multiplayer work ,so does map editing. Also you can add third party maps they too work.

What does not

U.S.A. Campaign still doesn't work ,and the short video clips that play between each level still might crash the game.

Internet multiplayer has not yet been tested.(LAN works though).

Multi-player works if you add the direct-play install method used for age of empires gold edition when playing via LAN.
