What works

Until now, everything is fine.

What does not

registration fix

All of Scrivener's web site urges user to copy/paste username and serial number to avoid issues when registering the software. It turns out that this was bad advice. Copy/pasting the serial number does funky thinks with the hyphen separators in the serial number.

Instead, if you CAREFULLY but MANUALLY type the username and serial number (both are case sensitive) into the registration dialog box, it appears to work properly whereas copy/pasting the same information failed with an invalid serial number dialog.
