Workarounds
Install steps
1) Create 32 bit wine prefix: WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=path_to_wineprefix winecfg
2) winetricks atmlibwinetricks riched20 mspatcha wsh57 (got this from https://forum.manjaro.org/t/ad...)
3) Install the app
During install can leave the default 'Windows 7' in winecfg. Before actually running the app need to change that to 'Windows XP' otherwise the menu buttons and menu text does not show.
What was not tested
Not sure about more detailed functions than those mentioned above.

Adding the `ttf` files for the Segoe UI family of fonts fixed the issue on my computer.
