Teaching textbooks version 2.0 . Teaching textbooks is mathematics lectures, practice and problems solving built into a Windows (and I
think an osx) application. Info here.
Lessons, lectures, problems and tests, etc. work fine. Gradebook looks like it's good, too. Setting up account, logins and such are perfectly normal.
The original versions (1.x) work perfectly with wine and flash player;
version 2.0 (and beyond, presumably) requires additional measures to get
it to work. I installed the latest wine version, wine staging, and wine tricks. If wine doesn't install it right away, you will have to install mono for wine. Then, using this handy article,
install .NET framework 4.5 .
What does not
I originally thought that there was a problem
with my disk drive being routed to wine, but that was merely because I
had multiple instances of flash open simultaneously.
So don't do that...
