Regular installation doesn't work. You can install the game by copying the folder "Program files" from the DVDs.
The mouse is not responding accurately, just use the keys.

You need to apply the registry entry by hand. It's located in the game directory: IndyCarSeries_UseSoftwareVertexProcessing.reg You need to install winetricks dinput8 and winetricks quartz.
