What works
The main game works as advertised in full-screen mode at 1920x1080 mode without a problem.
What does not
Previous players commented that the game does not work due to DX11. I could not get the game to run, and experienced the same problems as the previous players.
Workarounds
I followed the instructions on the Vulkan/DXVK page. Running the script provided with the DXVK installs automatically installed DX11 DLLs that supported the experience. Without this patch, the game is unplayable; with this patch, the games runs perfectly.
What was not tested
Multi-player, either globally or on a LAN, was not tested.

Silver rating is for DXVK on Nvidia, using the Nvidia drivers provided by System76 for a System76-spec'd machine. As always, Your Mileage May Vary.
