Workarounds

Winetricks: vcrun2015

Running the launcher manually by running "wine /GameCenter/wgc_api/wgc_api.exe" was required to have the launcher start properly the first time. Since then, I've been able to use the system shortcut.

Running World of Tanks manually by running "wine /WorldOfTanks.exe" was required to have the game start properly the first time. Since then, I've been able to use the system shortcut.
