WGC freeze during updates
by Matthias Leitner on Saturday November 24th 2018, 3:21
The WGC works with wine 3.0 or higher without any workaround (you can install the games in different wine prefix and link them to the WGC) but freezes during updates
Better said, the WGC starts the installation process of an Update while it is still downloading files and freezes during that process.

It need to be restarted several times until the download resumes, lasting for some seconds and the WGC freeze again (so a 100 MB update can take several hours of constant killing and restarting the process)

It makes no difference if the game is installed in the same prefix or in its own
