I created an empty x64 wine staging 3.5 prefix, installed xact via winetricks, added xaudio2_0-9 (native,builtin) to the dll overrides, ran 'winetricks d3dcompiler_43', installed the x64 DXVK and set the wine prefix to Windows XP.
