What does not

Only garbage characters are displayed. hh.exe may not be able to detect Shift JIS chm file.

• Electric dictionary

The position of the copy and paste location and the character code is incorrect. It may be Shift JIS problem.

Workarounds

MS P gothic (Japanese system font) is hard-coded in the office association tool. You have to copy msgothic.ttc to C:/windows/Fonts from original windows system.
